International Collaboration and Support

Paradigm School System is in a consultative collaboration with Horizon Montessori Public Schools of Texas, USA. The collaboration aims at learning from the best international educational practices to improve educational paradigm in Pakistan. The collaboration requires the educationists from USA to visit our braches in Pakistan to train our staff, and academic staff of Paradigm to visit and learn from educational practices of Horizon Montessori Public Schools at USA. Thus, we hope to improve educational paradigm of Pakistan by learning from international experience, and embed the best international practices to our educational framework.

Paradigm School System offers lucrative features, ensuring marketing success of our partners. i. No Fees during Summer Vacations – Why the parents should pay the fees, if they children are not coming to school? Therefore, we have designed our fee structure in a way that does not require parents to pay fees during Summer Vacations. ii. Learning Quran – Why can’t Quran be taught in school as a compulsory learning outcome? Therefore, Learning Quran is adopted as a compulsory learning outcome at Paradigm School System, relieving the parents on the worries to arrange separate Quran teacher at home. iii. Bag-less Education – Why students be burdened with heavy bags at their backs? Therefore, Paradigm School System has introduced long learning hours, where students are required to do their homework at school, and return home burden-free. It also means parents would not have to worry about helping their children to complete homework. iv. Technological Integration – Why can’t parents remain updated on the progress of their child, even if they are at work? Therefore, we are infusing technological interventions to redesign our educational and communicational mechanism by providing parents with digital tools to monitor progress of their children and communicate with teachers and school administration.

Academic Support

Paradigm School System provides a comprehensive academic support to our partners by providing them a complete calendar of activities for the whole academic year. The activities, learning materials, and support manuals are developed and arranged in a chronological order to ensure standardized delivery of content and ease the burden on teachers to develop and execute academic and co-curricular activities. We also offer regular trainings to teachers to enable them to provide ideas for improvements, ensure better understanding of academic material provided to them, and support them to achieve better learning outcomes.

Marketing Support

Paradigm School System believes that integrated marketing is required to ensure better penetration in the market. Therefore, we not only run and finance an integrated marketing campaign at the country level, but also provide necessary guidance and training to our partners to run their campaigns at their locality level. We specifically encourage and train our partners to use social media for their campaigning to better target the audience at their locality.

Technological Support

Paradigm School System provides extensive technological support to its partners to ensure that all academic and administrative mechanism of their school could be run effectively and efficiently. We specifically offer investor portal to our partners, enabling them to monitor admissions, operations, cash flows, and parent feedback instantaneously on their digital devices. Such support would enable our investors up to date and at ease, even in the cases where they are not running the school themselves.

Setup Facilitation and Partnerships

Paradigm School System believes that success of our partners is our success. Therefore, we also offer our partners to obtain our support during initial establishment and development of their school. Support could be sought to set up school infrastructure, design and execute marketing campaigns, train principal and other key operational staff, and advice on smooth running of school operations. We are also open for long run operational and tactical partnership with our partners.
